These are our students enjoying success after figuring our the mystery virus they had to identify on their own. In this activity each one acted as if he/she is the lab manager. They had to plan to run the lab, order the supplied, design experimental protocols, and work together. They succeeded.

This is the first time a faculty of veterinary medicine houses these important pieces of equipment. We did it with the help of our partners from Harbin Veterinary Research Institute and Kinetic International Scientific of the People's Republic of China. Last semester our Special Virology "VIR 007" students got to feel what it means to work with them. This is truly a life-changing experience. We thank our friends and partners from China.
