salwa aly

Professor Dr. salwa ahmed aly has been a professor of food hygiene department - Milk hygiene and control , faculty of veterinary medicine, cairo university since 2009 . I received my PhD in milk and milk products at cairo university and Hannover University through channel system with Egypt and Germany  at 1999. PhD Thesis titled as Mycotoxins in milk and some milk products.  BVSC and MVSC degree at Faculty of veterinary medicine at 1988-1991 respectively. My research interest have been focused on safety and quality of milk and milk products and hazards associated with food of human origin. Mycotoxins in milk and dairy products.She had several scientific AWARDs and prizes for the international publication 2006-2016.

For more than ten years ago Prof. Dr. salwa aly has been published more than 60 scientific papers published at international Journals and Egyptian Journals. Participating in several scientific conferences in Europe and developed countries and Egypt, Libia, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Holand and Ireland. Also she was coauthor of three different books on milk hygiene, milk products and technology as well as fats, oils and eggs.

Prof. Dr. salwa aly has supervised and discussed several theses with Egyptian countries, and Scientific reviewer in Journal of  dairy research and International Journal of pharmacy and allied science. I am Teaching undergraduate and post graduate students at faculty of veterinary medicine and Instiute for microbiology Hannover University Germany. I offered several short training courses in the food safety, HACCP and ISO 22000.
