Professor Dr. salwa ahmed aly has been a professor of food hygiene department - Milk hygiene and control , faculty of veterinary medicine, cairo university since 2009 . I received my PhD in milk and milk products at cairo university and Hannover University through channel system with Egypt and Germany  at 1999. PhD Thesis titled as Mycotoxins in milk and some milk products.  BVSC and MVSC degree at Faculty of veterinary medicine at 1988-1991 respectively.
