URBAN PLANNING, DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE PROJECTS

  1. Designing and implementing a number of 'healing garden' private projects in 6th of October City and El-ShiehZayedCity.
  2. Sustainable Urban Design for El-Maadi New Complex and Business Park – a private project with a capital of 9 billion Egyptian pounds – (2010-2012).
  3. Urban design, architecture and tender drawing for El-Farouk office and commercial center – Cairo Ring Road – a private project – (2011-2012)
  4. A rejuvenation and Conservation Visitor Management Plan – For The Cairo Citadel as a sustainability tourism planning expert - project funded by the Urban Harmony Organisation - Ministry of Culture- 2009-2011.
  5. Planning and designing a number of entrepreneur projects for the General Organisation of Urban Harmony - Ministry of Culture; in the field of rejuvenation of historical sites and buildings.
  6. Preparing the strategic action regional plan, detailed planning and the Geo Data Base for 20 Egyptian villages. Sponsored by the General Organization of Physical Planning (GOPP) as a part of a national project aiming to improve life standard of the Egyptian Rural Communities.
  7. Evaluation of the strategic and urban planning policies for three Egyptian villages (Shehabia – El-Hasafa – Baqlola). The project is sponsored by the GOPP aiming to revive elements of the Egyptian rural communities (2005)
  8. Preparing the Urban Development Plans & Reports for five of the Egyptian Villages (Dahsour – Manial Sheha – Manawat- Amou Khenan – Shabramant) as a part of a massive project sponsored by the GOPP for the redevelopment of the rural Egypt (2004).
  9. The Rehabilitation Plan for the Historical Cairo _ A GOPP project 1997 aim to upgrade the area and solve the traffic and pedestrian conjunctions within the historical area (1997).
  10. Participating as an urban designer in preparing the redevelopment plan for the Cairo University area as a part of the project initiated by the GOPP to upgrade specific areas within the Giza Govern rate.
