·   From July 2013 till Nov. 2014, Dr. Doaa Khalil contributes as an expert for the technical office of the Project Management Unit (PMU), Ministry of Higher Education, Egypt.

·     From January 2010 till June 2013, Dr. Doaa Khalil contributes as an expert in the Program of Continuous Improvement and Qualifying for Accreditation in Higher Education in Egypt.

·    From January 2009, Dr. Doaa Khalil contributes as a part time consultant in the Program of Continuous Improvement and Qualification for Accreditation in Higher Education in Egypt.

·    From October 2005 till Dec. 2008, a member, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) committee for the funded projects (HEEPF) through the World Bank for Reconstruction and Development's Loan for Egyptian Higher Education Enhancement.

·   Prize of Distinction in Post Graduate Studies from the Center for Advancement of Post-Graduate Studies and Research in Engineering Sciences, Faculty of Engineering - Cairo University (CAPACU), Egypt 2007.
