ASM Microbe brings together exceptional education into one creative learning environment. Help us design your ASM Microbe 2020 program by submitting a scientific session proposal or a pre-conference course or workshop proposal.

1. Submit a scientific session proposal.
   Scientific and professional development sessions are flexible in format, from cross-track sessions, symposia and mini-conferences, to less-formal track hub sessions. 
2. Submit a course or workshop proposal.
   Courses and workshops are offered prior to the official start of the meeting. Courses feature a series of instructors on a selection of related subjects, typically presented in lecture format. Workshops are interactive learning, with a deep dive on a subject, software or specialized equipment. A workshop may also cover career development topics. 
   

In order to create an innovative and comprehensive program that reflects the broad scope of the microbial sciences, the Program Committee has developed a list of eight tracks. Proposals need to be submitted under one of these eight tracks. 

Please take a moment to review the list of tracks before submitting your proposals. You will be required to select a primary track to submit your proposal for consideration.
