Attached is the 1st VHDL assignment. The assignment contains 5 easy problems to code in VHDL.

1. Due date: Saturday 15/11/2014 at 9:00 PM

2. No groups are allowed, every student have to solve it alone

3. You can deliver it earlier if you want, otherwise discussion date will be set later.

4. Cheating won't be tolerated; copying code will result in ZERO grade.

5. Save your simulation using do files.

6. I will discuss with each one what he/she wrote so try to understand what you wrote.

7. I won't solve errors while discussion, code that is not compiling will be graded zero in this problem

8. it is not an exam, so feel free to ask me or any of the lab TAs whenever you got stuck at any point and i will gladly help you. 

but please don't ask questions like "howa kda sa7 ?" 

9. spread the news and tell everyone to read what i wrote here carefully as if you didn't follow any of this steps you will be penalized.

10. Don't forget to write comments in the code.

You will deliver the solutions of the 5 problems and 5 Do files by email to sherif_mohamedhany@yahoo.com.

Use the subject: [VHDL assignment 1] Your name. If you don't use this subject you will be penalized.

Also the delivered files should all be in one zipped file (.zip or .rar), and the zipped file's name is your name.
