Serag Esmat

 Dr. Serag Esmat, MD is a graduate of Kasr Al Aini School of Medicine, Cairo University, Egypt. He trained in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Endoscopy at the departments of internal medicine and in the Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Endoscopy unit of the department of internal medicine in the Cairo university hospitals.
Esmat has been practicing since 1992. Esmat is also a clinical associate professor of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, Egypt
Esmat’s interests also include research and international publications in the fields of Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He received several Awards from the department of Internal Medicine and Cairo University for his role in research and international publications. Esmat is MD certified in internal medicine and is a consultant of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is Member of the Egyptian Society of Study of Gastroenterology and Liver diseases (ESSGL), Member of the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE) and Member of the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA).
