Mobile Communication Systems (ELC 627)

Fall This course covers the fundamentals of Mobile Communication Systems. Material covered includes the cellular concept, frequency reuse, channel assignment strategies, handover techniques, system capacity and grade of service. Fading channel propagation models are also covered in this course. Additionally, this course studies multiple input multiple output (MIMO) systems.
