Bio
Dr Rami Mahmoud El-Sherbiny received his B.Sc. degree with honors from Cairo University,Egypt, in 2000, M.Sc. from Cairo University in 2002, and Ph.D. degree from the the University of Texas at Austin, USA, in 2005.
He joined the Soil Mechanics and Foundations Research Laboratory at Cairo University since 2000 and promoted to Professor of Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering in 2018. He served on the Postgraduate studies and Research Committee, several National Code of Practice committees, review and editorial boards, and he is currently the Secretary general of the departmental board. He published reviewed articles in world known journals and Conferences. He also posseses wide professional experience in geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering for major construction and infrastructure projects..
