Riham A. Ezzat is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Economics department, Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University and a Research Associate at the Economic Research Forum (ERF), Cairo, Egypt. She got her PhD degree in May 2016 from Centre d’Economie de la Sorbonne, University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. In her thesis, she conducted different empirical essays on the telecommunication sector in MENA countries. She holds her Master degree in Applied Economics from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2012 and obtained her Bachelor degree in Economics from Cairo University in 2011. Her research interests include industrial organization, microeconomics, econometrics, applied economics, regulatory economics, institutional economics and developing countries.
