Dr. Mohamed Refky received his B.Sc. and M.A.Sc degrees in Electronics Engineering from Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering Department (EECE), Cairo University, Cairo, Egypt, in 2004 and 2008, respectively. Dr. Refky received his P.h.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada in 2012.
Dr. Refky is currently occupying the position of an Assistant Professor at the Electronics and Communications Department, Cairo University, Cairo, Egypt.
Dr. Refky’s research interests include Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs), low-power circuits, next generation FPGA, and energy harvesting.
