My research interests focus on clastic depositional systems, sedimentary geology/cyclo-sequence stratigraphy, paleoclimatology, and the application of sedimentology and seismic stratigraphy in petroleum exploration and field development.
Current research aims to investigate how patterns of syn-rift sedimentation are influenced by past sea-level changes, paleoclimate, intrinsic controls of the depositional system and coeval deformation of the crust.
