Recently, E-learning has emerged as modern field with in the cooperation of education and business sectors by means of information, based-Internet services, and education services that are delivered or improved. This paper is an attempt to highlight how knowledge management (KM) and E-learning (EL), specifically, can be of prominent support in the workplace.

The purpose of the paper is to develop a model that is composed of a range of components and factors that affect integration between knowledge management and e-learning. It is characterised by dynamic alignment between information systems infrastructure, staff involvement and the flows of knowledge towards the success of knowledge acquisition in academic institutions.

The developed model will contribute to offer support to the process of integrating e-learning and knowledge management. In addition, the suggested model will present certain suggestions to improve the teaching learning process and shows how KM provides successful help for educational consumers in selecting and evaluating e-learning technologies. The model is based on analysis of KM and e-learning literature and the information of this study.

The basic part of solar water heaters is the collector and the main functional part of the collector is the absorber layer. In this work, a commercial locally available black painting (PACEN code 10382 colour 890), used for swimming pools solar heating, was modified by adding nano-graphite dispersion. The effect of nano-graphite particles percentage on the spectral absorbance of the material was examined on samples containing two values of 1.5 and 2.5{%} nano-graphite particles by weight. Fourier transform spectroscopy (FTIR) analysisFourier transform spectroscopy (FTIR) was also used to identify the functional groups in the developed material. A simple experimental setup was designed to evaluate the performance of the developed nanodispersed selective coating polymeric based material, by measuring the increase in temperature of circulating water. It was shown that adding 1.5–2.5{%} nano-graphite particles to a polymer based black coating causes an increase in the optical absorptance, and an increase in the circulating water temperature.

The effect of the operating relative humidity (RH) values on the temperature and current distributions within a 5-5 segmented H 2/air polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell was studied. Different relative humidity values were applied ranging from 0 to 100%. All the measurements were done at a constant potential mode rather than a constant current mode. While the temperature distributions in front of the 5 subcells at different RH values were measured using thermocouples inserted at the back of the graphite current collectors, and the current distributions within these 5 subcells were measured using 5 potentiostats that have been used as zero resistance ammeters. The results show significant temperature gradients at the different loads as a function of the operating RH values. In addition, the fraction of current (α) passed through every subcell revealed interesting behaviors at the corresponding RH values. ©The Electrochemical Society.
