Azza Taher is a professor in Pharmaceutical Organic chemistry Faculty of pharmacy, Cairo University. She is currently head and professor of pharmaceutical organic chemistry department in October 6 University. Previously, she worked as head and professor of pharmaceutical organic chemistry department in MSA university.
Azza's research focuses on design and synthesis of pharmaceutical organic compounds, medicinal chemstry, anticancer, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory
Azza published many papers in reputable journals such as European journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Bioorganic Chemistry, Future Medicinal Chemistry and
. She participated with her researches also in many conferences .She recieved her PhD from Faculty of Pharmacy Cairo university.
