Bio
Dr. Omar Nasr received his Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering department, UCLA, 2009 in the area of wireless communications. He received his M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Cairo University in June 2005 in the area of specch compression. He is currently an Assistant Professor, Electronics and Electrical Communications Engineering (EECE) department, Cairo University. He is also serving as a program director in the R&D department at the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA). The NTRA is the highest telecommunications regulatory authority in Egypt.
