Mohamed Ossama Ashour received the B.Sc. with Honors in 2017 from the Electronics and Electrical Communications Engineering (EECE) Department, Cairo University, Egypt. As a partial fulfillment for his B.Sc. degree, his graduation project was "Multi-Standard Software Defined Radio Implementation Using Partial Dynamic Reconfiguration on FPGA" which was supervised by Prof. Hassan Mostafa and Prof. Yasmine Fahmy. The project won the first place in "Tarek Gamal El Din" graduation projects competitions in Oct. 2017.

He also received the M.Sc. degree in Electromagnetic Waves and Optics in 2022 from the Electronics and Electrical Communications Engineering Department (EECE), Cairo University, Egypt. As a partial fulfillment for his M.Sc. degree, his thesis was "Solution of Electromagnetic Propagation Problems in Shielded Transmission Lines using the Eigenmode Projection Technique" which was supervised by Prof. Islam Eshrah.

From 2018 to 2022, he was granted full tuition Teaching Assistantship at Cairo University and worked as a teaching assistant in the Electronics and Electrical Communications Engineering Department. Since 2023, he has been an Assistant Lecturer within the same department.
