Dr. Ebrahim is currently an assistant lecturer of pediatrics at Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, Egypt. She received her undergraduate medical studies at Faculty of medicine, Cairo University, Egypt. Following that, she got her postgraduate residency training in pediatrics at The Children's Hospital, Cairo University. Dr. Ebrahim was then appointed as an assistant lecturer in Pediatrics at Cairo University from 2005 till date. She got her Masters' degree in Pediatrics in 2005 followed by her Medical Doctorate degree also in Pediatrics in 2011. Both degrees were awarded from Cairo University, Facaulty of Medicine, Egypt.
Following that, Dr. Ebrahim joined the Children;s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, Faculty of Medicine, University of Ottawa, Canada, as a Pediatric Endocrinology fellow from Jul 2011-Jun 2014. Afterwards, she pursued a career in clinical research by joining Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario Research Institute (CHEO-RI), Canada, from Jul 2014-Jun 2015 as a research assistant where she was involved in pediatric obesity research.
With enormous interest in clinical research, Dr. Ebrahim is now enrolled as a postgraduate student at the University of Ottawa, Canada, at the "Diploma of Population Health Risk Assesment and Management". Also, Dr. Ebrahim has 3 publications in peer reviewed journals.
