Bio
received the B.Sc. (Hons.), M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical power and machines from the Faculty of Engineering at Cairo University, Giza, Egypt, in 1992, 1997, and 2003, respectively.
Currently, he is a professor in the Department of Electrical Power Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University.
On the technical side, he is author or co-author of many refereed journal and conference papers.
His areas of research include electric machines, electric drives systems, electromagnetism, and wind energy systems.
