Maha A. Khalil

Maha Ahmed Khalil, AKA, Maha Khalil is an Assistant Lecturer at the Public Administration Department, Faculty of Economics and political Science, Cairo University. Maha obtained her first degree of political Science from Cairo University, then her master degree of public policy from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies, GRIPS, and Japan. Her master thesis was about "Food Subsidy System in Egypt and how it can be rationalized to target the Most Needy People". Currently she is working on her PhD "Quality Measures of Public Services; within an application on Public Primary Education in Egypt".  Maha is highly interested in conducting research related to Public polices particularly social policies, gender and public Polices, and Local Governance.
