  2. General Secretary and/or Member of the organizing committee of the Annual and International Congress of the Egyptian Society of Allergy & Clinical Immunology since 1983 to 2010.
  3. General Secretary and Chairman of the Organizing committee of the “First Pan Arab Congress Of  Allergy & Clinical Immunology” Held in Cairo, November 1996.
  4. President and organizer of the Regional Asthma congress,Hurgada Egypt 2007
  5. Session Chairman and/or moderator, speaker, participant at most Allergy & Immunology International meetings since 1983 (ICACI, ERS, INTERASMA, ACAAI, AAAAI, WAO, EAACI, etc..)
