-Archaea, Extremophiles, Cable bacteria, Electrogenic bacteria, Cyanobacteria.
-Bacterial cell structures and important virulence factors in environment    (Biofilm…).
-Bacterial growth cycle.
-Human microbiome, Colonization resistance.
-Community fingerprinting.
-The microbial loop.
-Microbial decomposition, biodegradation, Bioremediation.
-Nitrogen cycle, Carbon cycle, Sulfur cycle, Photosynthesis.
-Antimicrobials metals (copper and silver nanoparticles).
-Environmental borne Pathogens.
-Detection, Control of pollution and waste treatment.
