5- Next-generation FPGA including On-Chip Network (OCN), Asynchrounous, low power, and Partial Dynamic Reconfiguration (PDR) 

6- Implantable biomedical devices for neuro-engineering applications.

7- Software Defined Radio enabling technologies such as Time-Based ADC, Tunable front-end receivers, smart antennas, and Digital Processing.

8-Nano-memories including Memristors-based memories and Magnetic memories:

9- Energy harvesting systems power management (transducers, MPPT, DC-DC converters, and energy storage)

10- Design for yield and reliability in DSM (Deep-Sub-Micron) CMOS technologies
