Hatem Kayed

Associate Professor in Mechanical Power Engineering Cairo University, Cairo, Egypt, in 2001. He joined the Department of Mechanical Power Engineering Dept., Cairo University as a Demonstrator in 2002. In 2006, He got the M. Sc.degree and became a teaching assistant of combustion group till 2010 when he received the Ph.D. degree and became a lecturer in Mechanical Power Engineering Department, Cairo University. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering Dept. and GM of Measurements and Calibration Lab (MCL) located in Elshikh Zayed of faculty Engineering branch. Dr Hatem was a member and group leader of the research team of the project entitled “Manufacturing and Performance Analysis of Advanced Stand Alone Solar– MED Desalination Plant”, 2011-2015. He participated in many universities as a part-timer lecturer teaching for graduates and undergraduates level in American University in Cairo, British University in Egypt, French University in Egypt and currently in Nile University. Dr Hatem co-supervised over than 15 MSc and PhD theses  till now and published from 2010 to 2015 around 15 papers in reputable journals and international conferences.
