Galal Hassan Galal-Edeen is a Professor of Information Systems Engineering and University Chair of Innovation at Cairo University, Egypt, and a visiting professor at Nile University, Egypt. He is also the Director of Cairo University Innovation Support Office, which he established from scratch. Professor Galal served as a senior innovation policy adviser to the Egyptian government’s Science and Technology Development Fund (STDF), the Egyptian Academy of Scientific Research and Technology.
