I have graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in September 1997 (BVSc. – Grade: Very Good). in the same year, I was appointed as demonstrator of Infectious Diseases. In 2001, I earned my Master’s degree in Veterinary Sciences (MVSc – Infectious Diseases) and then I got a job of assistant lecturer. In 2004,  I won a joint scholarship for two years between Cairo University and University of Technology-Sydney (UTS) and worked at the Institute of Biotechnology of Infectious Diseases in Sydney . During this period, I have been finished my PhD and experienced advanced techniques such as PCR, Recombinant Vaccines Preparation, Gel Electrophoresis, Western Blotting, Evaluation of Vaccines,........etc.  .

In 2006, I got my Ph.D. in Infectious Diseases. The Ph.D. dissertation was titled "Advanced studies on the diagnostic and control measures of liver flukes infestation", in the same year I appointed as a lecturer of Infectious Diseases in Department of Medicine and Infectious Diseases, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University. 

from 2006 until now,  I published several high quality research articles in local and international journals and I shared in editing 4 textbooks (Infectious Diseases of Dogs and Cats, Infectious Diseases of Equines, Infectious Diseases of camels and امراض الحيوان). I trained a lot of Vets from Veterinary authorities of Giza, El-Behira, other governorates in several workshops at El-Abasia Veterinary Hospital, My Department and Analysis center of Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. I Have long-term experience in diagnosis, treatment and control of diseases of dogs and cats starting from 1997-Till now (16 years) where I supervise and work at the teaching hospital of department of medicine and infectious diseases. In 2011, I appointed as associate professor of Infectious Diseases in Department of Medicine and Infectious Diseases, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University. I shared in the Curative Trips of Faculty Of Veterinary Medicine to serve the community in several governorates since 2006 until now.
