After been graduated in 1998, excellence with honour, Dr Fady started his orthodontic residency program in 2000. In 2005 he managed to finished his master degree in Orthodontics, Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry. In 2011, he finished his PhD about approximation of wide unilateral alveolar clefts using F-Distractor using inter-dental distraction. He cleared the M Orth exam in 2008 and was honoured FELLOW IN DENTAL SURGERY (FDS RCSEd) FROM UK in 2013. Finally, his patent was accepted in Decemeber 2016 named "F-DISTRACTOR" at Scientific Research Academy in Egypt.
