Dr. Ehab Romeih graduated from Cairo University with a B.Sc. in Dairy Science & Technology and a Ph.D. in Dairy Technology. Dr. Romeih have accomplished Postgraduate Diploma in Food Quality Management and M.Sc. in Dairy Science from Thessaloniki University-Greece. His teaching responsibility includes dairy chemistry, dairy processing and cheese science. Dr. Romeih has been awarded various Industrial and European funds in number of European universities including Marie-Curie Individual Fellowship, EU-Erasmus (France), Norwegian Research Council, and Danish Higher Education.
