Human Development

Course Description:

 

This course is designed to prepare graduate to become well informed at medical information concerning anatomical & physiological changes which occur in different body systems from infancy through senility. That helps to provide an understanding of the physical deficits encountered by persons with developmental disorders. This course will focus on the alternative theories of human development, motor control & learning will be compared and contrasted. Also will provide basic sensory motor development, cognitive & perceptual development, language development, gross motor development, fine motor development and reflexes during early life and selected clinical implications to the body changes across life span.

 

Course will be Co-ordinate by: Department of Physical Therapy.

 

2 Credit Units = 16 Lectures
