Bio_ Hanan M. Aly Hasan, PhD
Professor of Statistics. Director of Center for Surveys and Statistical Applications, Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University. She holds her BS (1985), MS (1991) and PhD (1997) in statistics from Cairo University. Her primary area of interest is reliability engineering, life testing and mathematical statistics. She is serving as a referee for IIE Transactions, Journal of Statistical Computation and Simulation, IEEE Transactions on Reliability and other international scientific journals. Her publications have appeared in Communications in Statistics, Quality and Reliability Engineering and several other referred journals.
