Proud to be in National Cancer Institute that belongs to Cairo University

I am a medical school graduate and I had a special interest in pathology in which I had my master and MD studies. In post doctoral period I became very interested in tissue culture practicing and particularly stem cell isolation, differentiation and characterization. I supervised more than 14 master and doctoral thesis in relevant subjects. I have good experience in working with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, cord blood stem cells, limbal stem cells and adipose derived stem cells. Currently I am conducting research activities on cancer stem cells to optimize their isolation.
