Wafaa Abd El-Ghany

Prof. Dr. Wafaa A. Abd El-Ghany is a full Professor of Poultry Diseases at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University. She was born in Giza (Egypt) on January, 16, 1974 and received her Veterinary Medical Degree at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University in 1996, Master (2000) and Ph.D. (2004) in Veterinary Sciences. She was appointed to Assistant Professor in 2009 and Professorship in 2014 in the same University. She has electronic published books as single editor. She was appointed to many academic positions and units’ supervision. She has been bestowed by many national awards for excellence in research. She has authored or coauthored of several peer reviewed researches in International and local journals. She has a membership with several scientific professional organizations and associations. She has invited as a head of sessions, speaker or organizer for several international and local scientific conferences. She has supervised many Master and PhD Theses. She is serving as an editor and reviewer of many reputed international and local journals. She is sharing in many projects either as principle investigator or Co-investigator.
