Mostafa Mahfouz
(S'14-M'18) received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from Cairo University, Cairo, Egypt, in 2014 and 2016 respectively. He received his PhD from Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada in 2020. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Centre for Applied Power Electronics (CAPE), University of Toronto and Assistant Lecturer (on leave) in Cairo University. His research interests include AC/DC microgrids' and electric vehicles fast-charging stations' operation and control.
