Teaching Assistant
I am a research and teaching assistant at Systems and Biomedical Engineering Department, Cairo University. I received my Bachelor's degree from the department in 2020 and have been teaching there ever since. I am also a MSc. student in this department.
The subjects I teach cover the machine learning field starting from biostatistics, image processing, advanced image processing, algorithms and data analytics, machine learning and deep learning. All with a focus on applications in the field of healthcare.
I am also a research assistant for the joint project between the National Institute of Health (NIH) in USA and Cairo University in Egypt. The project is funded by US-AID, USA, and STDF in Egypt. The goal of the project is to use computer vision and deep learning methods to evaluate and analyze hepatic tissue properties from radiology exams.
