Olivia Morad is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Operations Research & Decision Support, Faculty of Computers and Information; Cairo University. She has received her PhD from the University of Montpellier, France 2014 with a thesis entitled "Prefetching Control for On-Demand Contents Distribution: A Markov Decision Process Study". She was in the Lirmm laboratory- CNRS- APR team. She received her Master degree from Cairo University. Her current research interests are mainly Dynamic Programming (Optimal Control), Sequential decision making under uncertainty, Stochastic Dynamic programming, Markov Decision Process (MDP), Markov Chains, Discrete event Simulation, Reinforcement Learning.
