As a Spanish Professor:

Present: Professor at Cairo University, Dept. of Hispanic Language and Literature, teaching classes of medieval Spanish Literature, Spanish Literature of the Golden Age/Centuries, Literary Criticism, Text Commentary, Translation Spanish/Arabic – Arabic/Spanish, Terminology, Modern and Contemporary Novel. Starting 2015 giving lectures and courses and of Comparative Literature.

August 2007 and July, August, September 2018: Intensive Summer Course, Instituto Cervantes, Cairo.

From 2006 to 2008 and from 2013 to 2019: Language and Translation courses as part of the training of young Egyptian diplomats – ARTEC Foundation.

From August 2007 to August 2008 and from March 2013 to 2019: Intensive Spanish Course to Egyptians, Instituto Cervantes, Cairo.

From April 2005 to August 2009: Spanish course to the Conrad Hotel personnel, Cairo.

 

Starting from September 2012: assumed back university teaching at the Faculty of Arts, Dpt. of Hispanic Language and Literature, Cairo University.

Starting from 2013: teaching Translation classes at the Open University.

Starting from 2013 to 2015: teaching Translation classes at The Higher Institute of Languages, October 6 University.

2015: Spanish Course at The American University in Cairo.

As an Arabic Professor:

2011 – 2012: Teaching translation classes in the Master of Interpretation and Translation in Public Services, University of Alcalá de Henares.

Starting from 2009: Started teaching the subject of Arabic language and culture at the European University of Madrid.

Starting from 2009: Arabic lecturer at the Center of Foreign Languages, University of Alcalá de Henares.

From September 2009 to 2012: taught classes of Arabic Culture and Language at European University of Madrid.

July 2013: Lecture at the Ahmed Shawki Museum about Andalusian Sufism, San Juan de la Cruz as a model.

From February 15, 2008 to 2012: A member of the Mediterranean Team, as part of the project of the Inter-university Cooperation and Scientific Research Program between Egypt and Spain (PCI- Mediterranean); with Integrated Action “Design and Actualization of an Interactive Electronic Educational Program accordant with International Quality Standards to teach Language, Literature, Communication and Spanish Culture to Egyptian Students.”

2007: Participated in the Literary Criticism Seminar “Master Classes” - Instituto Cervantes, Cairo.
