Associate Professor of Accounting, Accounting Department, Cairo University.  Key responsibilities are lecturing for undergraduate and postgraduate students, tutoring, examining, module development, supervision, academic administration and pastoral services and personal tutoring in training courses.

I have over sixteen years of academic and practical teaching, training and research experience in accounting and Auditing in a number of higher/further educational institutions and centres in Egypt (Cairo University, Modern Academy, International Academy for Engineering and Media Science (IAEMS), Research and commercial studies Center (RCSC), Centre of Accounting & Managerial Expertise (CAME), Arab Management Association).

I have developed, co-ordinated, lectured, tutored, contributed to; authoring assessed and examined a wide range of courses in Accounting, Auditing and Taxation. I have experience of developing undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in accounting as well as examining undergraduate and postgraduate students. I have experience of providing support in terms of academic administration and leadership in a number of roles at both University and Departmental levels, as well as providing support to junior colleagues.

Additionally, I have practical experience as an external auditor. Mainly, performing audit plans and tests; preparing work papers for listed and non-listed companies’ accounts.
