Osama has been awarded the BSc degree from the Faculty of Science, Cairo University in May 1989. He studied Zoology.
In September 1999, Osama was awarded the MSc degree from Faculty of Science, Cairo University where he studied the comparative physiology and the thesis entitled “Disturbances in serum calcium level in critically ill malignant patients” in collaboration with ICU unit National Cancer Institute, Cairo University.
Also, in September 1999, Osama was awarded the Diploma degree in Medical and Biological Applications of laser from National Institute of Laser Enhanced Science, Cairo University where he studied the all aspects related to laser physics, optics, laser bio-stimulation, laser tissue interactions and how to apply laser in different biological applications.
In 2007 Osama awarded the PhD from National Institute of Laser Enhanced Science, Cairo University where he studied the laser phototodynamic therapy effects on tumours under supervision of Prof. Mohamed Helmy El-Batanouny professor of general and vascular surgery faculty of Medicine, Cairo University. The PhD thesis entitled “ Laser photodynamic therapy effect on ehrich solid tumour using methylene blue as photosensitizer (experimental study).
Osama has published few papers in referred journals and conference proceedings. He attended international and national conferences, workshops and training and summer courses. Osama speaks very good English, and fluently Arabic (mother tongue) and has been to several countries for training and tourism including: KSA, Turkey, UAE and Malaysia.
