Prof. Dr. Abdel-Alim Hashem El-Sayed, an International Consultant and Instructor, has planned and will deliver the course. He has been involved in petroleum technology for 45 years. He is currently an Emeritus Professor of Petroleum Engineering and Oil Well Drilling at Cairo University, Egypt. He has published over 75 papers on this specialized area as well as three books: Gas Pipeline Design Maintenance and Repair, Risk Assessment and Risk Management and Compleon Design and Workover.
Dr. Hashem has taught the courses of Pipeline Design, Risk Based Inspecon and Maintenance, Drilling Optmization & Well Planning, Under-balanced Drilling, Horizontal Drilling, Solids Control, Practical Well Control, Well Completion and Workover, Risk Assessment in Drilling Engineering, Risk Assessment in Production Operation, Stuck Pipe Prevention, Pigging: Design, Operaon, Maintenance and Repair, Pipeline Design, Maintenance and Repair and Petroleum Economics to different petroleum companies at Egypt, Syria, Kuwait, Oman, Algeria, Germany, Sudan, Iraq, Yemen, United Arab Emirates, India, South Sudan, Qatar, Turkey, Singapore and Malaysia.,
