Bio
Ashraf Abdou is a lecturer in the Department of Linguistics at the Faculty of Dar Al-Uloum, Cairo University. His main research interests lie in the area of Arabic corpus linguistics and its pedagogical applications. He published several papers in this area and wrote a book on the linguistic behavior of Arabic idioms which was published by Routledge in 2012.
