• acting member in Al Ebrashi unit of Gastroenterology and Hepatology : Ultrasound unit , Cairo University since November 1983.  My responsibilities include: Ultrasound Clinical Instructor and sonographer with experience in diagnostic and interventional ultrasonographic procedures of the abdomen such as diagnostic and therapeutic tapping, liver biopsy and supervising attendant trainee.
• Ultrasound trainer in Egyptian Medical syndicat for 3 courses in 1992 
• Certificate of successful participation with the German National society for ultrasonography in the first course of Clinical Ultrasonography (DEGUM) – 2009
• Scientific head Member of ultrasound diploma of Arab Instiute for continuing  Professional development 
• Member of Professional diploma in Clinical Nutrition : National Nutrition Institute(NNI)
• Member in the Egyptian Universities Promotion committee (EUPC) for Prof. Internal medicine (2012-2015)
• Member in the Egyptian Universities promotion committee for Associate Prof. (2016-2019)
