In 2005, I earned my Master’s degree in Veterinary Sciences (MVSc – Microbiology) and then became assistant lecturer. By the end of the same year, I won a local scholarship for two years and worked at the US NAMRU-3 as NPSC. During this period, I have been actively performing various standard cultural, serological and molecular procedures for isolation and identification of bacterial pathogens from clinical samples.
