Bio

Ahmed M. Mohammed received the B.Sc. with Honour and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from Cairo University, Cairo, Egypt, in 2006 and 2009, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at the University of Toronto,Toronto, ON, Canada. He joined the Electrical Power and Machines Department, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University as a teaching and research assistant during the period from September 2006 to September 2011. Since September 2011, he has been with the ECE Department, University of Toronto. His research interests include Large-scale Wind power integration, renewable energy resources and power system dynamics and control.
