Classes

Analog Communications

Semester:
Spring

This class was delivered to communications engineering students and computer engineering students at Nile university by spring 2018.

The class covers the design of communications blocks (modulators - demodulators) , signal processing equatiions for analog communications techniques like analog modulation (LC-DSB, SC-DSB - SSB - VSB), angle modulation (phase and frequency modulation).

Signals and Systems

Semester:
Spring

This class was delivered at zewailcity for science and technology during spring 2016.

Active Circuits

Semester:
Spring

Design of different active circuits realizing filters : LPF-HPF-BPF-BSF using gm-c cells , op-amps and switched capactiors. I supervised 65 teams for implementing 2 mini-projects of relaizing sixth order butterworth BPF using gm-c cells and op-amps on CADENCE.

Ordinary Differential Equations and Partial Differentiation

Semester:
Fall

The course is sub-divided into two main parts, the first part discusses the analytic solutions of the basic types of the first order ordinary differential equations like seperable, Linear , Homogeneous , Bernoulli , The integrating factor and recatti. How to reduce higher order differential equations to first order to solve them in a similar techniques mentioned above. The first part also the series convergence tests. The second part is dedicated to the partial differentiation techiques and related operators.

Numerical Analysis for Civil Engineers

The course covers the numerical technqiues to solve non linear equations , linear system of equatoions , calulcating the derivatives and integrals, solving ordinary differential equations and partial differential equations using finite difference.

This course was offered to first year civil engineering students during spring 2013, so I offered a special project asking to solve civil engineering problems where numerical analysis is required.

Linear Algebra and Analytic Geometry

Semester:
Fall

I was TA for this class which was delivered to freshman credit hours students at Cairo University during the following semsters:

- Fall 2012.

-Spring 2013

-Fall 2014.

The linear algebra part if the class discusses different techniques to solve linear system of equations starting from simple substitution and geometrical methods to gauss elimentation - gauss factorization - LU factorization, Computing the determinants and their properties , elementary matrices and the matrix inverse.
