CLINICAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

§ Experience in the Diagnosis and Management of a number of surgical conditions and surgical emergencies, with very good experience in peri-operative surgical care (pre and post).

§ Wound care and suturing, Incision and Drainage of Abscesses

§ Central line placement, Arterial and Venous lines, Chest Tube Insertion, Tracheostomy and other lifesaving procedures

§ Operative experience in the field of surgical oncology varying from minor to major and ultra-major procedures, with special interest in breast surgery including oncoplastic breast reconstruction and conservative breast surgery
Doing the general surgical operations including operations for different types of hernias, operations for piles and anal fissures and other general surgical procedures.

§ Participated in the initiation of the specialized Head and Neck Oncology service and bone and soft tissue specialized unit with little experience in joint replacement surgeries mainly knee and shoulder joints for bone tumors at the National Cancer Institute – Cairo University.
