2. Qualifications: • Bachelor of medicine and surgery (Excellent grade) - Cairo University. (1994)
• Treatment of Aging face essay Submitted for fulfillment of master degree in dermatology. (1998)
• Master of Dermatology & Venerology (very good grade) - Cairo University. (1998)
• E-selectin before and after phototherapy in photosensitive dermatoses– thesis submitted for fulfillment of MD degree in dermatology. (2002)
• M.D. degree in Dermatology - Cairo University. (2002)

• From 3/96 to 3/1999 Cairo University hospitals joined as dermatology and andrology resident.
• From 1999 to 2002 Faculty of medicine, Cairo University, joined as Ass. Lecturer in dermatology department.
• From May 2002 to 2007 Faculty of medicine, Cairo University, joined as Lecturer in dermatology department.
• from 2007 to November 2013 associate professor of dermatology , Faculty of medicine, Cairo University.
• from December 2013 up till now joined as professor of dermatology Faculty of medicine, Cairo University • Phototherapy unit, Kasr El Aini hospital, joined as resident (from 1997 to 2000), as a specialist (from 2000 to 2009), as a consultant and trainer (from 2009 to date).
• Kasr El Aini continuous training center for laser and procedural dermatology joined as a specialist (from 1999 to 2002), as a consultant (from 2005 ), and as a trainer ( from 2008 to date).
