Objectives

Supporting young scientists under the age of 45 from partner countries to work for 6-12 months in Chinese research institutes, universities or enterprises, the Program aims to help the partner countries with cultivation of leading talents in science and technology and elevation of research levels, and enhance the science and technology cooperation between China and its partner countries.

Fund

MOST will provide each scientist with US $2,000 per month for salary, living allowance, and necessary insurance.
Eligibility Criteria

1. With nationality of application countries;

2. Under the age of 45

3. With experience in scientific research over 5 years or with a PhD degree;

4. Research engagement in science or engineering; 

5. Fluent in English or Chinese language;

6. In sound health status;

7. Committed to work full-time in China;

Committed to obey local laws and regulations during stay in China
