Reem Raslan

I am an academic with an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law, Marburg University, Germany.I have an international research profile with publications in reputable legal journals including the Journal of World Trade (Kluwer International), Arab Law Quarterly (Brill) and Queen Mary Journal of Intellectual Property (Edward Elgar Publishing). I have also contributed to WIPO/WTO publications. My Article 'Transfer of Technology: A North-South Debate?'is included in the WIPO Knowledge Repository. I have been a visiting scholar at the Lauterpacht Research Centre for International Law, University of Cambridge and a visiting researcher at Harvard Law School. I have been awarded several scholarships and fellowships including: The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) Scholarship, The Chevening Scholarship and The WIPO Fellowship.
