Raghda Younis
Dr. Raghda Younis joined the Education Career at Cairo university as a Demonstrator/ Teaching Assistant in 2007. She has been promoted as an Full-time Assistant lecturer of Business Adminstration in the same university in 2011. In 2016, Raghda was promoted to Full-Time Lecturer of Business Adminstration after finishing her Ph.D. at Cairo university , Egypt. Curently, she is working as an associate professsor of business adminstration at Cairo university, Egypt.
Ragda has an academic/Teaching experience for more than 15 years. she participated as an educator for more than 20 courses in the last 6 years including undergraduate, as well as post- graduate courses in the faculty.
Raghda has international publications in the field of management , organizational behavior and Human resource management. She volunteered as a reviewer for many international conferences as well as peer-reviewed top ranked journals .
Raghda Younis is interesting in working with Scholars from different disciplines, approaches and cultures , in order to develope her skills, knowledge and research cabilities .
