I am a lecturer at the Faculty of Archaeology, Cairo University. My specialization is in environmental archaeology, with a focus on prehistoric landscapes, lithic analysis, and human-environment interactions. Over the past decade, I have participated in and co-directed several archaeological missions across Egypt and Sudan, including fieldwork at Saqqara, Abu Ballas, Tell el-Samara, and Wadi Oum Salam. I am also an active member of the NUBTI Project, dedicated to reassessing the Predynastic cemetery of Naqada.
